  1. Where are you located?

I am based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. 

  1. Shipping

Once your payment has been received, your handmade product will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days.

For customers in the United States, I usually choose USPS Priority Mail for shipping.  This shipping option includes a tracking number so you can easily monitor the progress of your package. The estimated delivery time is between 2 to 6 business days.

  1. Returns

I highly value your feedback and strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at melbloomcrafts@gmail.com

I accept returns and exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase.  To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they arrived.  Once the returned items have been received and inspected, I will issue a refund or exchange within 2 days.

Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.  

Please be aware that digital products are non-refundable can cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  1. Can I purchase wholesale?

Yes, but you need to wait 3-6 days for the wholesale orders to be completed.  Please email me at melbloomcrafts@gmail.com if you are interested in wholesale and we can discuss about the details of the order (price, packaging, etc.).
